“Satan is real”
CBN Information reported that Parton began by warning her followers that “the devil is real.”
“My brothers and sisters, I am here to tell you that the Devil is real,” she noted. “He is present and walks among us, trying to destroy all that is good and wonderful.” He wants to break our hearts and minds, destroy our goals and plans. He wants to tear us to pieces, break us and send us straight to hell.”
“Oh my God, he can do something,” she added. “My God can heal the sick, mend the broken hearts and take our souls to heaven.” So, devil, beware, in the name of God I rebuke you. I stand up at his title, look you in the eye and laugh at your ugly face.”
Not stopping there, Parton continued to double down.
“The same God who raised his Son Christ Jesus from lifeless works in the hearts and minds of believers to encourage them to the blessed hope of eternal life,” she noted. “The devil is a defeated enemy and his days are numbered. Of course, how could he hope to have trouble with such a high God? The war is o’er, the battle is over; the victory of life is taken”.

Parton’s Christian religion
Parton previously spoke about her staunch Christian faith in her 2020 memoir, Dolly Parton, Songwriter: My Life in Lyrics, explaining that she considers herself extra secular than spiritual.
“I’m not that spiritual, but I’m very, very secular,” she wrote. “I grew up in a very spiritual environment.” I grew up with a biblical background and I’m glad I did. I know my Bible stories.”
“A lot of people assume that because I look so synthetic, I don’t spend time outside,” Parton added. “I like to be in nature, I sit under a tree to record songs.” I hear the voice of God on the wind.”
In a 2020 interview, Parton talked about how important that private prayer was.
“Every day, before I do anything, I get up and thank God for the evening and ask him to bless the day … and bring all the right things,” she noted. “And just to inform me, guide me.” And I pray all the time that he will allow me to lift up humanity and glorify it.”
Dolly Parton has won her 10th Grammy award.

Parton Received is not silent about her religion
After all, religion is one thing Parton considers essential in life.
“The perception of God is important,” she said. “You have to consider something that is bigger than you. We grew up believing that through God all things are possible.”
Parton went on to say that she has no intention of keeping quiet about her religion.
“People say, ‘Oh, I’m shocked you’re only talking about your faith,’ and I say, ‘Why not?’ This is who I am. This is what keeps me going,” she defined.
Unfortunately, the devil is very real, and we applaud Parton for coming forward as much as warning the world about it. God bless you, Dolly Parton!
