Christmas morning fire started from tree lights KlLLS father and 2 sons – rest in peace. A family from a small town in Pennsylvania has been left with unimaginable grief after a Christmas morning fire that claimed the lives of a father and two of his children.

According to trɑgic reports, 41-year-old Eric King and his two sons, Patrick, 8, and Liam, 11, were the v ictims of a fire that tore through their home in Quakertown in the early morning of December 25.

The Bucks County Courier Times reports that the fire br0ke out around 1:20 a.m. Eric’s wife, Christine, was able to escape from the family home with the couple’s oldest son. Quakertown Police Chief Scott McCleary revealed that a five-member Christmas tree was the cause of the fire.

“The evidence is very clear that it started on the Christmas tree,” McCleary said. “It was a real tree.” A Christmas tree bu-rns very fast and very h0t.”

Christine was able to leave the house with the couple’s oldest son, Brady. But unfortunately Eric, his two sons and the family dogs all succ-umbed to the fire.

“In the early hours of Christmas morning, Eric and Christine King’s home caught fire. Brady, their oldest son, and Christine made it, but Eric, Liam, Patrick and their two dogs did not. Their entire house was destr0yed in the fire.

Eric and Christine were high school sweethearts and the happiest people you will ever meet. They were always smiling and full of positive mood, you just couldn’t help but love them. The three boys, Eric and Christine, were a big part of the Quakertown Youth Baseball Association and spent their days and nights on the baseball fields. The Quakertown community will be deeply affected by this great loss. Please help Brady and Christine feel the love and support of the community as they work to heal from this terribIe cr-ime.”

Meanwhile, the local school district announced the tra-gedy on its Facebook page, writing: “Dear families of the Quakertown School District community. It is with great pa-in that we share with you this Christmas morning the tra-gic news that the King family lost their father and two Richland Elementary students, Liam, a fifth grader, and Patrick, a third grader, in a house fire earlier today. – the class. Mom and Brady, an eighth-grader at Strayer Middle School, luckily survived.

The post added: “This news is deva-stating to the District community and the Quakertown area in general. The school district extends its sincere condolences to the King family and their many friends and relatives. The administration is in the process of setting up a helpline.”

Our hearts go out to all the loved ones of this family. We just can’t imagine the sense of loss they are trying to deal with right now.
